Striking at the roots of evil

Henry David Thoreau said: “For every thousand hacking at the leaves of evil, there is one striking at the root.” This platform is an attempt to strike at that root!

When the special education director in our school district asked me to attend the Savannah Autism Conference in the spring of 2023 and bring back information to my colleagues, I had no idea of the profound impact that the conference would have on me. This prompted me to dig deeper and discover one statistic that helped me to clarify what I believe is the “fight of our generation”.

According to experts, SUICIDE is now the leading cause of death in the United States!

I am dedicating my personal and professional resources to creating this platform in order to examine the root causes of suicide and the many forms of clever deception that are feeding the problem. We will focus our efforts on SOLUTIONS by generating content and creating tools for others to utilize.
